Broccoli Cashew Salad en Open Harvest Co-op Grocery — Reseña de quadantics (30 abr 2021)

Awesome nutritious salad self served from the refrigerated bunker of the deli of this Co-op grocery store!
The broccoli florets were perfectly dark, fresh and crunchy without excessive stems! The light sauce consisting of sunflower oil, organic tamari, organic garlic and organic black pepper was the perfect consistency to absorb into the broccoli florets without overkill. The sauce had a pleasant sweet garlic taste and it didn't seem like it had much sodium. All of the main fresh ingredients of broccoli florets, cashews and red pepper are organic and so the combination of their flavors were plenty and did not demand a super flavorful dense sauce.
**For presentation of this salad being served in a plastic container I only gave them three stars.
