Cauliflower Couscous en Salt — Reseña de anthea (25 abr 2021)

This was a lovely refreshing dish. The cauliflower was fairly plain but the pickled onions made it interesting. Lovely vegan option. Forgot to take a picture but the sugar snap peas with chili oil were amazing!
