Review of Brinjal With Kicap Manis & Anchovies at The Peranakan Restaurant Singapore by fourdollars

The "anchovies" for the vegan version were actually crispy mushrooms! Brinjal were cooked till tender and kecap manis sauce wasn't too overpowering or sweet. I liked this! Goes perfectly with some white rice.
