I must say this is beyond my expectation! This is no traditional burger. The patty os made out of tofu skin (which is surprising because it can commonly be commonly found in Asia but not in Europe) and the crispy bacon is also made of tofu. It was a mind blowing experience for an Asian living in Europe like me. I totally recommend this street food whenever you are in Bamberg.
