I would never have voluntarily bought these myself (it just doesn’t seem right to cut corners with something sacred like roast potatoes ) but my mom brought them to our house and it also doesn’t seem right to EVER say no to potatoes AKA my favourite food 😂🥔❤️

So ANYWAY... I tossed them in the air fryer and hoped for the best and, you know what, they’re not bad at all! Not a patch on the “real thing” (although they might be if you cooked them with oil in an oven) but definitely a convenient option and sometimes convenience trumps all 🙈
