Review of Southwest Saus’age & Veggie Breakfast Bowl - Gardein by tamiapple

With potatoes, sausage, peppers, black beans, corn, egg & mozzarella, this bowl had me at hello. I’ve yet to meet a Gardein product I didn’t love & this doesn’t disappoint. Please note the photo only shows half - there's more than enough for two when served on a bagel or toast. Yum!
