

I didn’t expect to like this as much as I did!
The overall flavour profile of the dish (the combo of the tangy sauerkraut, the rich truffle mushrooms + guac and the sweet-smoky eggplant bacon) was really nice.
The only thing that might throw some people off is the eggplant bacon, it’s more on the chewy side and a bit of a weird texture? I didn’t mind it but just don’t go into it expecting realistic crispy bacon. Could also use more mushrooms imo!
