Makes soups extra delicious and obviously a great substitute for water when cooking grains like rice or quinoa. Just take note 1 cup has 540mg of sodium. I used it yesterday to “liven” up my leftover bean curry. Just that and nothing else (spices or salt) added and it turned out really well.
