First time trying 100% extra virgin avocado oil. 🥑
I loved the presentation of this product on the supermarket shelf! Personally finding the black and emerald green aesthetic unique, as well as the ‘vegan friendly’ stamp on the front of the bottle pleasing. Looks good sat there on the bench and ready for whatever whenever!
Good source of monounsaturated fat, high smoke point, kosher certified, ketogenic friendly.
It states on the label it would be great for making dips, spreads, and dressings and I don’t doubt that. I however added a splash to a shiitake mushroom and sweetcorn fried rice for lunch, to which it had an interesting flavour and nice colour.
Look forward to seeing how well this stacks up with perhaps a homemade pesto or the like! 🌿
On a more critical note, would love to see this go at better value. Perhaps manufacturing costs are seasonal dependant (?) but this is definitely on the pricey side for 250ml. 🌞
