Review of Build Your Own Bowl at Avorush by windgal

Finally got to try Avorush after seeing so many reviews here! There're 6 vegan options available for Base ingredient (I chose spicy bulgar) whilst there are only 2 vegan options for Protein, one of which is the cajun sliced tofu - the crust was delightfully crispy. I enjoyed the citrusy guacamole as well as Avorush's basil dressing.
Service here was awfully slow and inefficient though...
