This consisted of house-made sausage, hash browns, vegan cheddar, herb tofu, and cashew cream in an organic flour tortilla. Full of warm and comforting savory flavors, it was hearty and satisfying. Served with a side salad of green leaf lettuce, red cabbage-carrot mix, and zesty vegan ranch.
