Awesome vegan gnocchi! These cooked in just a few minutes and turned out fluffy and fresh. Unfortunately the pasta sauce I used on it wasn’t great. I’m going to use a better sauce or pesto next time. It was enough for 3 portions. I will definitely be buying these again! 💲4.49 on the Vegan Essentials website
