Ichiza noodle soup en Ichiza Kitchen (Temporarily Closed) — Reseña de Kelly Northway (5 mar 2021)

I don’t even know where to begin with this soup. I’m not one to usually get this excited about a soup. The menu says they use over 10 medicinal herbs in this broth. The broths flavor is out of this world! And the noodles and faux chicken swimming in it are also bursting with flavor. The Bok Choy pairs well and also makes me feel very healthy. I’ve had this soup so many times— it’s truly comforting to me, while also being so healthy feeling. All around a win-win.
