Maitake Mushroom en Origin Grill — Reseña de sophiagoh (3 mar 2021)

Don’t order this.

It was just a lottt of mushroom. Mushroom that wasn’t marinated well. The middle of it lacked flavour so overall the dish was truly bland and hard to finish.

The black garlic oil taste was not strong. The smoked pumpkin cream didn’t taste smoky :( and I love smoky flavours like in babaganoush where the eggplant is charred.

There also wasn’t enough pumpkin cream which had the potential to make this dish less bland :(
