This is hands down the BEST vegan (maybe non vegan as well) birria I’ve EVER had. The spice level is perfect, so delicious, and authentic!! Her red salsa is also delicious and actually spicy!! The best vegan mexican food! Check out their IG for pop up and catering menu😍
