As you might know if you ever had this kind of noodles, on their own are quite plain and tasteless. But as soon as you add a sauce and some veg it changes so much and they can be delish!!
On the top of that, these are zero fat. Any sauce recipe recommendations??

Pad Thai? Asian soup noodles? Pasta? I’ve been using some alt noodles that’s made of soybean and konjac lately. And I found them working just as well as regular noodles :)
