Made a broccoli “cheese” soup by eatplant-based.com. The recipe called for carrots and Trader Joe’s produce is always wonderful. Anyway this is absolutely delicious. This recipe is easy and dreamy! My family went to town on this one. And the cheese sauce in the recipe?...I’ve been looking for 4 years (and creating my own which is almost there) for a good “cheese” sauce that is wfpb and I have finally found it! 😋😋😋it’s so nice to not feel bogged down after eating a creamy “cheesy” delicious recipe. 🌱🌱
