Vegan, gluten free, and soy free. I love the ingredient-list of these protein bites (7g per pack), but am not a fan of the taste...
Full disclosure, I usually don't like birthday-cake flavor. I think the birthday cake and protein powder together tastes too...odd. Unfortunately for me, the macros aren't good enough to make up for the taste either.
The company seems nice and is women owned. I'd be open to trying different Siren products, but I wouldn't buy these snacks.
