Loved this vegan #sabzipolo a mix of rice and various vegetables cooked together. Flavorful blend of spices. Portions are good for 2 people to have comfortably.

Interesting how polo pulao palaw polao pilav pilaf paella all are just etymological variants of what in its core is just rice (maybe wheat in some cases) cooked with vegetables and how influences moved through cultures
