Vegan Mazesoba en Menya Kokoro — Reseña de sparklyy (8 feb 2021)

This was really yummy! I like that that there is an option for less rice and more veg, which I opted for. It was nicely balanced in terms of the fresh veg and salty minced “meat” and the little vial of vinegar that they provided. It also comes with a small portion of rice, to stir into the leftover sauce- I enjoyed that bit very much!
