Though “imitation chicken legs” is one of the least attractive product names, I enjoyed these. I prefer soy products to seitan and these are soy. If you’ve had drumsticks at a vegan Asian restaurant you’ve most likely had pretty much the same product. I really enjoy the texture. They are a base so should be enjoyed with a sauce and/or seasoned. #abillionlove
