Smooth jalapeño flavor, I had to add real Mexican salsa 🌶 😽

🤓 just a quick #nerdyfact beans are the seeds from the plant genus: Phaseolus.
The plant was domesticated in America in the pre-Columbian era [before 1492]. Recent genetic studies found this cool fact [I know it because part of this study was performed where I obtained my PhD 👩🏽‍🔬].
The exact point is unknown but should be In the part previously called: Mesoamerica and even a bit far, close to Peru. In any case only after C. Columbus arrived to America, Europe could get this valuable food! In the “old world” we can find the word “bean” mainly referring to fava beans, but only after 1500 the plants were grown in the “old World”
And now in 2021 we can all enjoy this delicious chips 🙌🏽 full of fiber and protein 🤟🏽

The P. vulgaris has its origin in America, but we must consider that “beans” are more than 35,000 varieties, depending of the weather, soil, natural predators and many other factor they have evolved. beans are just delicious 🤤Reply
