meh. this doesn’t do much for me nor do most toners. this is like fancy water. it hydrates a little i guess, but it would just be more cost effective to have a good hydrating moisturizer. i won’t be purchasing again, but at least it doesn’t break me out so i’ll keep using it. #veganuary
