Review of Carrot Lox Smörgås at Carina's Bakery by pdxveg

Smörgås means open-faced sandwich in Swedish. This one had cashew cheese, salt-cured and roasted carrot lox, and tangy house-made cucumber pickles on limpa rye bread. Carrot-based lox is the best.
