To my surprise this was super tasty. It is easy to warm up, I put the bag in warm water for 5 minutes, but you can also use a microwave. It looked very unappealing when it came out of the bag but the taste was great, very flavorful and just the right consistency. The seitan pieces were delicious and felt like meat and the veggies seemed fresh and did not taste artificial.
