Mmm at the top there is a gooey delicious plant based cheese with some pogeto wedges. Go a little further and the next layer is some meaty substance with some saucy goodness. Then the bottom you have a yummy rice base. It was absolutely delicious and a pretty good portion. I want it again already. Highly reccomend this If your close by while in Sao Paulo. Heck even if it's far lol, it's worth it. #veganuary
