Tempeh, rice, cashews, scallions housed in lettuce, which isn't really a wrap so I was expecting something else but nbd. A side of coleslaw I just dumped in with the rest. I didn't know how to eat it bc I'm an imbecile who lacks fundamental problem solving but I made it work, in privacy of course.
