Hands down best smelling food my nose has ever had the pleasure to know. Thinly sliced golden potatoes with black beans, lettuce, guac, aioli inside an arepa. Yum. Pretty messy but bet your ass it's worth it.
The planted pdx food truck opened just last September. It's already a Portland treasure.
