It's good to see all the supermarkets getting on board with Veganuary and offering so many new and exciting products. It really amazes me how much has changed in the past few years as vegan was seen as an "alternative" lifestyle and there were hardly any ready made products available but major supermarkets are now really pushing the boat out to offer variety and almost even try to outdo each other with their various vegan food ranges. It really is so nice to be able to go to any shop and find such a variety of food available, hopefully it encourages more people to go vegan!
Anyway, here's another soup review!
I bought this in Lidl's Veganuary range and it was pretty good. Had a very homemade feel as it had a few wee chunks of sweet potato that hadn't been properly blended. Was very light on the coconut but tasty nonetheless.

This looks like a tasty soup Heather! The perfect thing for this wintery weather! Totally agree with you about the variety of vegan options nowadays, even in the past 2 and a half years of me being vegan, the choice is now incredible! 💚
