Black glutinous rice stewed with gula melaka served coconut ice cream. Usually pulut hitam is served hot with dense coconut milk so this was interesting, pretty much the colder take. Personally I still prefer it hot. My grandma always made this especially during the monsoon season. Needless to say this was very filling. Very nice to see a restaurant offering this many vegan options!
