Maitake Mushroom en Origin Grill — Reseña de Let us be Heroes (3 ene 2021)

Maitake happens to be one of my favorite mushrooms, its texture is firm and not slimy yet full of flavor. This is a grilled Maitake over pumpkin cream, with black garlic oil and water cress. It’s delicious and light.
