SO GOOD omg what. my friend who hasn’t had yam before absolutely loved this HAHA the yam cubes were air fried till the outside was crispy, but the insides were soft and mushy like a well cooked sweet potato. covered in this maple glaze that honestly wasn’t too sweet and was just right! the yam was really fragrant as well hehe BEST SIDE goes really well with the Buddha bowl too~ #veganuary
