This is only the second time I've seen enoki mushrooms done this way as a garnish - stripped apart and deep fried. The first was at this bougie yong tau foo place in Bt Merah. The "cheese" sauce was nicely tangy but tasted a little unnatural. Fries were not bad but being shoestring fries it was hard to taste the potato in them.
