I was really excited to try this as we have had the appplewood smoked many times and it’s a big hit.
I was never a fan of blue before and this was too much like what I remember so did not like the taste. If you liked blue then you will like it though.
The jalapeño one was nice but the heat is a bit too much for me to handle. Very spicy!
The melty cheddar was very good. We didn’t try it melted as we had it all on our cheeseboard, but the taste was similar to that of violife extra mature.
