Chickpea Avocado Salad en Banh Mi Station — Reseña de monlay (21 dic 2020)

This salad is so good, I ordered and then was asked "what would you like for your protein?" And very snappily replied "chickpeas are protein" (I'm used to be animals being refer to as "protein") and the guy said... I got you... But I assume you're vegan? We have tempeh, tofu and soy curls. I felt so embarrased and happy all at once. I added the tofu, as you can see. Absolutely delicious
