Review of Eggplant rollatini at Three Girls Vegan Creamery by kitchenfairy

I have tried several delicious dishes from Three Girls Vegan Creamery. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to choose one, I would say this is it. The ricotta filling is creamy and perfect. Great marinara. So fantastic! We buy extra and freeze them for an easy lunch or dinner.
