House Foods Firm Tofu is a great starter tofu brand that gives you great taste and quality for a great price! It's also accepted on WIC and SNAP in the US so definitely give it a try! We made steamed white rice then sautéed onions and mushrooms with the tofu that we cut into strips. I top mine with soy sauce, sriracha, and nutritional yeast! Sometimes i mix in a dallop of vegannaise if I am craving something creamy!
