I’d never had sardou before trying the vegan version of City O City’s, but what a treat! I got mine with tofu instead of eggs and it was incredible. The “creamed” spinach was super flavorful and complimented the grilled artichokes and crispy potatoes nicely.

Love everything from City O City, but just happened to have a photo of this dish on my phone from last year. If you order this to-go, rest assured they package the creamed spinach separately so it’s not soggy.
