This was a surprise gift from a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised by how natural it tasted. The pudding itself is light and refreshing, with chunks of coconut flesh, coconut jelly that isn’t too sweet, and a deliciously coconut creme layer. Absolute heaven for a coconut lover like me! #veganin2020
