Review of Hearts of Palm Pasta - Trader Joe's by bananarosie

I can’t help myself but try a new non-grain noodle whenever I see one. My dad said there was a similar company making these on Shark Tank, and now it looks like Trader Joe’s caught on. We cooked them up in a sauce pan as suggested on the box, but they were pretty wet (especially with sauce added... I think sautéed instead/in addition may be a better solution. But, as for taste they’re refreshing! Just a hint of hearts of palm flavor came through the pesto. #veganin2020
