Review of Falafel plate at Lau Pa Sat by asha2210

This falafel plate from the Turkish stall (I forgot the exact name) consists of 5 falafels, hummus, flat bread, and salad.

Falafels: 6/10 - While I liked the flavour of these, I wasn't a big fan of the texture at all. They were cold and somewhat hard, they had been sitting in a metal container all day so I guess I couldn't have expected much. Would have been nice if they were at least warmed up though.

Hummus: 8/10 - The hummus was a lot better than I thought it would be. The flavour was nice and the texture was adequately smooth.

Salad: 7/10 - This is a pretty basic salad consisting mainly of shredded lettuce and carrots, along with some cucumbers and onions. The simple dressing of olive oil and lemon somehow complemented it though, which is why I'm giving this a rather high rating.

Flat bread: 3/10 - Yeah, this came from a plastic packet and was warmed up on a griddle in front of me. I couldn't finish this, as much as I tried. #veganin2020
