This consisted of bianca sauce, spicy buffalo cauliflower, crisp fried shallots, blue cheese drizzle, and scallions. The buffalo cauliflower had just the right amount of heat and a pleasing crunchiness that was complemented by the rich and creamy bianca sauce.
