A late post as I visited Pop Vegan months back. But the memory of enjoying the vegan chicken is fresh. I tried this place, this particular dish for the first time and I loved it and no doubt why it's their Signature.
Not sure how the traditional one is so can't compare (also I have never tasted chicken) . The main flavor was in the side dips.

I was also impressed by the menu. So many options .
The place is quite, you can actually plan an office meeting there.
Will definitely recommend to try this place !
