This dish is not spicy at all, suitable for those who wants to try sambal dish but can't take spiciness. I like they stir-fried the eggplant prior, it makes the eggplant taste so fragrant. Although the sambal taste is not distinct, but the preparation of other vegetables compensate the taste.
