Eggs Benedict Muffin en DC Vegetarian — Reseña de pdxveg (18 nov 2020)

This consisted of vegan eggs and ham, tomato, spinach, and vegan hollandaise sauce (delicious without the egg yolks and melted butter). Very satisfying.
