I don't know how I survived before I found this. Super quick and easy 'white sauce' cheat - I add it to sauteed mushrooms for an 'Alfredo' pasta or water it down a smidge and use it in lasagna. Also, if you add a bit of mustard and a bit of nutritional yeast, it becomes literally the most more-ish and delicious sauce you will ever eat.
