il fornello, a standard italian restaurant, has an entire separate menu of plant based pasta, pizza, apps & zerts. can we take a sec to reflect on what a truly happening time it is to be vegan............... it’s spreading. it’s accessible. it’s big tasty. it gives me hope that one day the enslavement of animals will end or at least greatly diminish. anyway, the pasta was good! it had a heap of veggies, mhm. buttery sauce good with bread, Mhm. they bring you spoonfuls of vegan parm, MMHMM. returning soon to try it all 😋

This is so true! When I see more vegan options in everyday places, I have hope for the future. The balance is shifting and one day it will tip!
I had this before! I did not like it buuuuttt yes! Epic the movement! And it is awesome to say that I don't like it and not feel guilty because there are sooo many vegan options at this place that is actually okay to not settle and find one that you love - there isn't just one vegan option! Yaayy :)
