Verde Enchiladas en Jajaja Plantas Méxicana — Reseña de Emma L (7 nov 2020)

I haven’t had anything like this since becoming vegan. Loved these enchiladas! The filling had smokey palm “carnitas” and coconut queso. The sauce was pretty acidic but was toned down by the wonderful Spanish rice and crema. I recommend getting a side of black beans with this dish.
