This consisted of taco seasoned cheese over rigatoni pasta with seasoned "meat" topped with pico de gallo, secret chipotle crema, and avocado. It had lively Mexican-inspired flavors and the hearty “meat” crumbles contrasted nicely with the fresh and light pico de gallo.
