Baba Ganoush en Kazbar — Reseña de Mansi Virmani (31 oct 2020)

As an non-eggplanter I can vouch for the deliciousness of this ganoush. It's so smoky and fresh! The only way you can get me to eat aubergine is when you smoke it (and thankfully middle eastern and Indian cuisines both do!) so I absolutely loved it. This is a tasting portion and it's otherwise a pretty generous bowl.
